If there is no power on the control box, you will not see a green light when you turn the box on. There may be problem with the power adapter or the control box. You can test the power adapter with a multi meter to see if the adapter has power output or not. If the power adapter is still working, then the problem should be at the control box. If your adapter does not have any output, then the adapter may be defective. You can contact your seller to replace the defective part under the warranty period.
